M&J return

At the beginning of the year, I had the honor of taking Matt and Jessica's engagement pictures! They were one of my first photo shoots and I must say, it was a wonderful experience!

Jess contacted me again a few months ago and said although they were going to Mexico for a destination wedding, when they returned they we going to have a reception in Lakewood Co, and she requested that I be the photographer! of course I said yes (being 7.5 months pregnant wasn't going to stop me!!!). And so, Matt and Jess have returned to my blog page.... looking as good as ever :) I hope you enjoy this peak into a romantic evening filled with tears and laughter... more to come shortly!

Currently, Kristin's husband is serving in the military and has been in overseas since March.

Kristin wanted some pictures of her pregnancy so that when hubby gets home, he will be able to see part of journey that Kristin and this precious little one have been on.

She is a senior at Air Academy, who loves to play sports, but especially softball.

Alexis and her sister met me out towards Seven Falls, in Colorado Springs and from there we made several stops at some beautiful little places. Here are a few of my favorite shots from this senior photo shoot. I hope you enjoy!

Blake and the adventure.....

“Jamie, I’m pretty sure your shoe is gone!”
These were the dreaded words that came from Whitney’s mouth as I stood with one shoe on and the other foot stuck in sand that went up to my knee. I must say this photo shoot must have been filled with enough excitement to last the rest of my pregnancy!
Meet Blake, she is senior at Air academy; I was introduced to Blake by one of my friends, Whitney. Last Saturday, the 3 of us went on an unexpected adventure that included: us hiking up a thistle infested, steep hill, crawling down stone steps into beautiful clear water and…… me losing a shoe in some “quick sand”, and momentarily fearing for my life! After some hiking, getting stuck in sand, losing a shoe and walking around barefoot in rocks and thistles, and Whitney being the savior of the day by going to the nearby Walgreens to pick up some sandals for me….. we had a great time and got some great shots! I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as the 3 of us girls enjoyed the experience!
