I have to be honest... I'm not a huge fan of summer heat. However, I AM a huge fan of summer storms! There is something about the cool, refreshing air brought on by a summer storm, that causes you to stop and look around at the simple beauty that surrounds us daily. Not only does it heighten your natural senses, but for me.... it brings me back to a place of simple peace and calm.
