My god-son Asher James turned 1 years old a few weeks ago. His party was packed with lots of his little buddies, as well as lots of his loving family. He was treated like a king that day (as anybody should be on their birthdays!) and I had the honor of capturing the precious moments on film. I have quickly come to see that Birthday parties.... and especially childrens birthday parties are a bit harder to capture. But, I gave it a shot anyway and came away with a few precious moments. A few weekends ago, Nathan and I were on our way home from our god-son's 1st birthday party! It was getting close to sun set, and it was quiet cold out but I couldn't resist asking Nathan to let me take a few pictures of him at this cool little spot that I had found. He, being the great husband that he is, agreed to my request and so we were off for a quick little adventure. I've posted a few pictures from that cold, winter day...
